Willy Wonka Comes To Rivers Casino In Pennsylvania
The late Gene Wilder is famous for many things but it is his portrayal as the quirky candy maker Willy Wonka in the 1971 adaptation of one of Roald Dahl’s most beloved books, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, that he is best remembered. Casino players can now enjoy the wonderful world of Wonka by playing a new casino game created by Scientific Games and recently debuted at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh.
The Pennsylvania casino launched the new World of Wonka video slot game which allows players to go on a fun adventure through the whimsical world known as Willy Wonka. During the game, players are able to experience sweet treats from the movie such as edible flowers and chocolate waterfalls. And don’t forget the Oompa Loompas, they are also highlighted in the new game.
Bonus rounds are also included in the game such as the Free Spins round, Wonka Winko, and the Chocolate River Bonus. Perhaps the most favorite will be the Golden Ticket Bonus. Players will find every aspect of the game is quite immersive and enjoyable with lovely images that remind us all of the endearing classic that Wilder was famous for.
Rivers Casino General Manager Craig Clark commented on the release of the new game in a press release by stating that the casino is thrilled to be the first venue in the western area of the state to offer guests the World of Wonka game. Rivers Casino is a premier location for exciting new games and the venue is reaffirming their commitment to providing visitors with fresh experiences on the gaming floor as well as in other areas of the property.
Scientific Games has created the new World of Wonka game in the new Gamescape cabinet. The game features three high definition displays that are angled towards the gamer. The top screen is 40 inches in size and a 10.4 inch table touch panel control is used for game play. The game was created in such a way that players will feel as though they are immersed inside the world of Wonka. Motion sensor technology is also used which helps to provide seamless interaction between the hand of the player and the game itself.
